Sure, that’s fair. It’s almost 4pm now, why would the other districts wait?

I am not losing any sleep over it but don’t get it either

at this point if there is a thunderstorm in the forecast, it's almost standard practice to plan on school being closed. fricking asinine.

It's Gordon getting it done.

IDK. If I were EBR, I'd have honestly made the decision 4 hours ago. There is enough data there to justify it, especially considering that they've canceled in far less risky conditions.

Is that confirmed?

ETA - nvm, confirmed on school board website. Getting pretty sick of this same shite, they wait until the end of the damn day every single time. Still haven’t even gotten a notice about it.

EBR per WAFB. Although it is posted with just the title and the word "All"

ETA and just like that it went away.

Probably accidentally published an edit before it was confirmed. They rolled it back.

I dropped an email to DTN to look into the issue.

I got a message from DTN.

DTN is aware of the issue. They were waiting for NWS to complete the work at the site.

The KHDC site should be coming on the Windows version this week and to give it some more time before taking effect.

Maybe that will fix my issue, too.

You think that the rain was the only thing that went into the decision?
