Does anyone here know Myers personally? If so, what is his agenda?
He's got to know that inviting Section 8 tenants will only cause him grief from other property owners and will lead to a decline of his own property values.
ETA: Also does he travel with body guards?

Agree. And I also think it is a huge troll attempt. There will not be Section 8 residents in Southdowns. The houses are still too expensive. he is just pissed about the zoning laws (which were ruled to be unconstitutional).
