Yes, but it's currently being reviewed by the state supreme court who can reverse the decision. He's trolling to show people what he could potentially do if that happens.

But you do. You think whites don't want blacks moving in their hood. You've stated it quite often in this thread.
The VP of American Paper & Twine, a Titans ST coach, and a small business owner all have homes in my neighborhood valued over 700k. All are black. Not one wants white, black, Hispanic, Asians, or any other ethnicity to move in our community through section 8.

I don't know anything about that but my view of the thread is that you have working people with some money and their own home complaining about an obvious douchebag move by an obvious douche and maybe 1 person that is either trolling or expressing the views of a young, struggling student that does not own a home.
