Same.
Not a millennial.

Thank you! Now I get a couple of hours of entertainment when I get home while I play this through the surround sound and watch the wife, kids, and dog!

This reminds me of the infamous mosquito ringtones. Basically it's a frequency only younger people can hear. And so many assholes used it in school so their teachers couldn't hear their phones going off.
It worked but it was annoying as shite

I played it in the den when my 26 year old daughter was around and she hated it. I told her it’s my millennial deterrent.

I just did a little unscientific test on my six and 15-year-old and as soon as I walked in the house they said “what’s that noise and ouch that hurts“. I’m 49 and I really don’t hear shite

Classical music and dress codes also keep the trash out

Had to turn my sound up to hear it, but definitely heard a low monotonous tone.
And my wife tells me I don't hear shite. I tell her it's selective hearing.

Now we just need to science a sound deterrent for bums, convicts, and thieves

Have you considered that maybe the kids are tearing up shite and causing damage which costs tax payers money?

Businesses frequently play music that they know a certain demographic hates.

I’m 40. I heard something. I couldn’t handle that for a prolonged amount of time but it did not make me go crazy.

What do you hear?
I hear it and I'm 41 with really shitty hearing. Although I might just be sensitive from years of Army hearing tests.

Painful for me.

Can't wait to use this on service animals.
