Something going down on Choctaw Dr any idea?

20 BRPD cop cars at business location between Marquis Medical and VFW hall on S. Choctaw Dr. all of them have been outside the building for almost an hour.
Anybody got any info?
eta: maybe someone coughed on another employee?
