Someone was shot on the High Rise today (I-10 NOLA) at rush hour

What is with all the damn interstate shootings? It isn't just NOLA, either. They are happening pretty often across the country.

New Orleans East needs a sound barrier wall just like they have in Metaire so we don't have to look at that place while driving through it.

Sometimes, I try to put myself in other people shoes to try to objective about differing viewpoints, but I can’t even begin to formulate a hypothetical frame of mind for randomly shooting someone on the interstate and it happens twice a month in NOLA. It’s diabolical and absolutely sociopathic.
Unless there is some backstory to these cases that we’re unaware of, it’s deranged.

NOPD blames "kids" for doing this.
I remember the DC sniper growing up. I guess if these were random shootings maybe they would get more attention. Maybe not though.

The shootings are certainly not random. They are targeted murders usually. Don't owe bad people money and you likely won't get murdered.
