I wish someone could explain to me exactly how BTC is valued considering there is nothing but interwebs behind it.

There are only 21 million bitcoin. The blockchain makes it valuable because its pretty much impossible to hack into it. Its today's gold.

Why would anyone sell BTC for USD when BTC is so useful for daily transactions and the USD is just fiat trash?

Because you can’t do this with Bitcoin!

The “Federal Reserve” is owned by an Illegal Banking Cartel. The U.S. Army does not have any true regulations to defend the Fed.

THE FED is an ILLEGAL OPERATION.

Go do your research!

Is bitcoin going to be one of those once in a lifetime investments or will something else come along at some point with the same kind of craziness?

It seems impossible to repeat something like this.

I admit knowing about it when it was in the dollar range, not knowing shite, so I didn't buy any.

Then when I fully knew about it when it in the low thousand range, still didn't buy it.

I'm an idiot like many, but curious to see if any other ETF has the potential for the same kind of fire as bitcoin.

Ethereum seems to be doing well, and i have money in it, but it's nowhere near bitcoin.

I thought it was funny because you believe it to be impossible. Could anyone do it? No. Do I think governments could if necessary? Yes. Do I know how? No

One of my favorite things about bitcoin threads is the handful of folks with the "I almost bought a ton of btc in 2010, if I had I'd be a billionare today! Aaarrghhhh I'm kicking myself, oh what could have been!!"

In 2017 btc was still under $2K. THREE years ago in 2022 it was under $20K. TWO years ago you could have still bought when it was $35K. Point being...anyone that has any desire whatsoever to possess BTC has had AMPLE opportunity to do so.

Do you know how it works? Get ChatGPT to explain it to you, You think the government can hack a blockchain before anyone else? The government just so happens to have that one person who can do it?
