Those appear to be 3 1/4” nuts. Those are very expensive and weigh about 30 pounds

Where do you find nuts that large?
I am sure that is not in the Hardware aisle at Lowe’s.
I believe Houma has a shop called Quality Bolt and Screw. I wonder if they carry that size of nut or is it special order.
