I have the sapphire preferred and I do have the $100 credit that comes with it. I have just under 180,000 points so certainly not an over abundance but enough to keep out of pocket costs down if I go points for flights and stay.
Forgot to mention that…could do either one.

Last Minute Late Summer Trip Recs

Posted by kicker22 on 7/25/26 at 8:49 pm
I threw out to the wifey (no pics) that I’d be down for something for the two of us last minute. Thinking 3 nights Thursday-Sunday in August/September. We did all inclusive last year at Excellence Playa Mujeres and really enjoyed that and would be open to something similar but obviously know the gamble with storms. Got plenty of Chase Points and thinking no more than $2000 total budget. Any good ideas or deals around that time?
I am a huge Spurs supporter. No one would accuse you of jumping on a bandwagon.

Widely considered one of the "Big 6," we have been plagued by management that was more focused on economic stability over winning titles. Our former chairman was known to pinch pennies but with the mindset of building world class facilities and growing a global brand. Unfortunately, Pochettino managed us to success a little prematurely, and we never matched the success with splashing cash on players. This led to a lot of poor hires and a coaching carousel that would make your head spin. Added to that has been an injury crisis of truly baffling proportions.

The last two seasons, we finished 17th, one spot away from relegation. We sealed our survival on the very last day of the season thanks to the efforts of our current manager, Roberto De Zerbi, who is a very well-respected tactician who plays attacking football. Our former chairman stepped aside recently and the new leadership finally has decided to spend some money and back the manager. We will only play domestically, but I am optimistic that we will see a huge rebound and this should be an exciting season.

Is the custom one you bought soft and chewy? Those can give temporary relief but lead to increased muscle activity over time. If you start getting flare ups of your symptoms, go back and try the night guard (splint) with your dentist. Yes they are more expensive, but it’s non-invasive and effective appliance and they last a long while if you take care of them.
Glad to see he's doing well for himself. My only encounter with him in person was him mooning a group of us having a crawfish boil at The Woodlands Apartments back in the day
Nothing here. She’s a crazy as any woman still.

Married into a family from down there. It’s become my favorite tradition. I tell everyone to make it down at least once in their lives. It’s worth the trip.

Rained all morning.
Saw horns walking in and hope it’s a good omen for things to come.

First hunt of the weekend. Supposed to be raining tomorrow and back home on Sunday. Hoping to make whatever little time in the woods I can muster count.

Congrats man! If I recall, you hunt near us. Has the rut kicked off? I’ll be up next weekend and hoping I’m not too late.

re: Tires on sale at Walmart

Bought these same exact tires for our Expedition Max last night - first set of Coopers I have ever bought but had nice reviews. Came out to be 1/2 the price of the Discount Tire ones I was looking at with similar specs for tires, installation and as a Walmart + member, you get the road hazard warranty and free flat repairs included at no charge.
We in the dental field call it Toilet Bowl White - natural shades are definitely the way to go, but unfortunately, you have to take into account the patient's desires and some people want those white chiclets.

I disagree. Homer really seems to try to pose the question of what qualities make an excellent man. Hector seems to be the juxtaposition to Achilles who represents the brutal warrior, who sat on the sidelines like a spoiled brat, until he finally decides to enter the fray. Meanwhile, you see moments of Hector as a loving father, a courageous leader and eventual martyr for his polis. He's my favorite character in the Iliad.
Enjoyed this very much growing up in Monroe. We went to Shreveport to a Mudbugs game the same day they were playing in the Independence bowl and trolled traveling Gumps with the score on a piece of paper in the window. Got a few laughs but a lot of birds, too.
It’s funny but I’d still trademark that shite cause someone else will definitely try to steal that idea and make $$$
