The HQ for the United Daughters of the Confederacy was looted and burned last night. The building contained Stonewall Jackson's headquarters flag as well as some of his original correspondence. No more. They were incinerated in the fire last night.

Burning history doesn’t make it different
It doesn’t change anything
It doesn’t fix anything
It doesn’t solve anything

By June the first, Richmond had fell. It's a time I remember, oh so well.

I feel like if I owned a building that contained confederate artifacts i would have an extraction plan on file in case riots started flaring up.
Find a safe bunker for these things and move them out of harms way.

I don’t understand - why were these people not shot on site?

I don’t know about white “supremacists”, but there sure are A LOT of white people being destructive in many of the videos that I’ve watched

Link?
The article I read said that the extent of the damage is not known yet.

"The time for war has not yet come, but it will come, and that soon; and when it does come, my advice is to draw the sword and throw away the scabbard." - General Stonewall Jackson

Let them burn it and destroy it all. Once it's all gone people can just say "what slavery"?

Stonewall Jackson was twice the man of anyone involved with BLM, Antifa, or anyone in the current Democrat party

To those who would question my tactics as cruel, I say to them: War is war, and not a popularity contest.
