Don’t lie, not only are you unbangable but you also have a soul crushing job. Society is celebrating the end of your line you’re just blind to it.

43. Single. Never getting married because I'm not going to raise other mens kids. If a childless woman comes along and she seems likeable, I'll date. Other than that - nah.I'm good with dying alone.

Random nobody ?
She is a famous best selling author from the 70's.
Her quote simply confirms what I have witnessed.

As silly as the OP sounds, you kinda help his point with this sentence.....stating that there is some true purpose for males or anybody that one should conform to...as if its a fact. Now when my 1st daughter was born I did have a moment of pure clarity and focus where I instantly realized that being a father and raising a family was my own purpose, but its not for everyone.

Yeah I got this a lot from family. I was sort of a drifter until my late 20s or so and I'd always catch hell for "not having my sh*t together". I was debt free and could fit everything I owned in my vehicle.

Who is anti marriage or anti kid ?
She is simply pointing out that society despises men who refuse to get married and have children.
I've never seen a confirmed bachelor bash anyone for getting married & having kids.
But married people bash single guys for refusing to get married and have kids.
Women hate men who refuse to commit.
And to be honest most married men are probably jealous of single guys who are free.

Soul Crushing Job, Slavery, the assertion that a man who is married with kids and a job is not meeting women on their terms. Read your quote.

It's also an inane quote

And the quote says "held up as a model of Virtue and Responsibility," seemingly in comparison that the single man is not.

Well, responsibility largely requires an "other" or an other relationship to be responsible for. Responsibility means nothing if you lead a completely disconnected, selfish life. Like what is the point for responsibility in that sort of existence.

And don't get me started on virtue There's nothing virtuous about a selfish existence. Again, by definition.

If a young man gets married, starts a family then works a soul-destroying job the rest of his life that's his own damn fault for staying put in the job. What a dumbass.

The point she is making is that a married man with children is often forced to stay in a soul destroying job because he has a family to feed, while a single man can say "F this" more easily.

You really couldn't figure that out on your own ?

Why does the job have to be "soul-destroying"? Are married men not allowed to like their job?

You know what is worse than working a soul crushing job just to barely support your wife and kids?

Working a soul crushing job to barely support just yourself while feeling completely alone.

Not being married is being alone ?
FYI, if you aren't married you can have all of the women you want.
Is your wife the only woman that ever gave you the time of day ?

You can try to have sex with all the women you want, but there is a ton more to “not being alone” than fricking.
