So when does the T-P officially die?

With TD "fan favorite" Jarvis Deberry heading to Cleveland, it occurs to me that when Georges bought the T-P, he said more information about the merger would come out in June.
June is almost over. Do we know when the takeover actually begins?
I heard the print paper will have both the T-P and the Advocate mastheads... I can't imagine that will last forever.

I’m a life long southerner who has ventured north of the Mason Dixon line only a handful of times. What is Cleveland like. Is there enough racism to keep Jarvis in business? That’s the only thing the dude knows how to write about.

I use the last single ply square if needed. Only in emergencies do I unravel the cardboard role and use that. That is a one wiper. Anything more leads to bleeding. That’s when the tp roll is officially dead.
