Line out the door 20 minutes before they even open

you gonna holler at the bitch with the bag or what?

This is why you go to one outside the city limits. Rookie mistake.
I live in BR but usually go to the one in Livingston, or even West BR sometimes. It's been forever since I've had to go though, so I don't know if something has changed.

Not sure how it works in LA, but in Arkansas you can get your tags/licenses at any DMV office. I go to one in a small town about 15 mins from here. In and out in 10 minutes.

Yea, always go to one in some small town.

First thing in the a.m. is still the best time. There is no good option.

State finally going to let you drive after all those DWIs?

Went yesterday at 4 pm. I left by 4:05.

Around me, you set an appointment. If it pushes back, they text you. If you are running a little late, you just text it and it slides your appointment back a little. Never waited very long.

Crossing my fingers. They said as long as I have the proper documents I'll be good to go.
So obviously that means a hard no.

I cross the bridge and go to the one in Port Allen. I had to go twice in the last year and neither time took more than 10 minutes.
When I lived in Ruston (worst OMV ever) I'd go to the one in Arcadia and I don't recall ever seeing another customer.
Find a podunk town baw.

I don’t know about BR, but in NOLA there are multiple Notary Shoppes that charge $20 on top of your DMV fees and are out in 5 minutes. I did it Wednesday while on the clock.

Fakse, 2 minutes before closing and I guarantee you'll be out by 4:30. They dont pay overtime and will pull minions from the back from 4-430 to ensure that they go home on time. I figured this out a bout 4 years ago, and havent spent more than 30 minutes in there since.

Exactly. Last time, I went to the one in Denham Springs on Florida near Range and was in and out in about 15 minutes

How could the line not be out the door if the door is locked?

They also game the system where I live. They only let 10-15 people in the building at a time, no matter how long the line is. That way, they can say that people were seen in an average of ## minutes of entering the office and ignore the time you spend outside.
Same theory as pulling forward in the Popeye’s drive thru.

For God's sake it's early, I'm angry and you know what I meant
