So my roommate's pit bull had puppies...

So, I have a roommate, whom I have posted about before, who has a pit bull. Now, I know, pit bulls are heavily frowned upon on the OT, but since that post he has gotten a job welding, and the dog has actually been relatively well behaved. The only major issue we've had since the couch cushion incident was during Barry when my roommate wanted to let the dog inside. The dumbass left the fridge door open and the dog ate all the venison we had saved up for the storm. Other than that though, contrary to what the OT may think, I haven't had issues. That is until a few weekends ago, when the goddamned dog had 6 puppies. So now my roommate wants to keep them, and he says he will only sell to someone who will "pay the necessary amount." He is fiercely attached to the dog, and he has the "who rescued who" stickers and all that crap. He is making no effort to get rid of the puppies, and quite frankly, it's pissing me off. One dog is one thing but I now have 7 pit bulls running around in my house. I told him I want them gone in a week but he said he can't guarantee that. I said if he doesn't I'll kick him out of the house but he said "we'll see" and motioned at the pit. So now, I have no idea what the frick I'm gonna do. I need these dogs out of my house. But the tenant is still paying me off from when he was looking for a job, and he owes me a lot. I'm worried that if I boot him he will never pay me back. What say the OT in this situation?
