I’m just going to tell her to either suck it up and kill them with kindness. To get friends, you have to show yourself friendly. And not everyone at work will like you.

I’ll pass that on. I just never dealt with this crap. Sure when we had a bunch of dudes work together we called each other crap. Nobody took offense.
She just isn’t built like that. She is young in her career so hopefully this will just be a learning lesson. Some people are assholes but just be you and treat others with respect/kindness. Even if they don’t deserve it.
