The fantasy sports the bill that we just voted on, refers to using services like DraftKings, Fan Duel, etc.

Not for paid contests in Louisiana. Free ones were fine.

It would have been nice to know that before I voted yes. I thought we were allowing quidditch to be played in schools.

Football cards are printed out by bookies and distributed via runners to people everywhere, offices, plants, friends, etc. they list a lot of college games with point spreads and all nfl games. You pick the games you like, at least 3 but no more than 12, and give the card and your money to the runner to bring back to the bookie. If you win all your picks, you are paid according to the odds on the card. And no, it’s not legal.

I know them as parlay cards. It's illegal in La but bookies have them. Use to play these all the time.

Looks something like this:

the cards people get on the "down low" that are put out with the college and pro football teams with the spread points for each team based on vegas betting lines, you pick at least 3 or up to 10 teams and if you are right you win odds based on how many teams you pick

but its "only for entertainment" since sports betting is still illegal, unless that just changed
