Any good remedies for a migraine other than sitting in a pitch-black dark room like I'm doing right now

Try sucking your own dick. The stretching in the neck will loosen up the spine and allow more fluids to the brain

Are you sitting in that pitch black room staring at a screen? Probably won't help.

Headache or a migraine?

How many do you get in a month?

If you've never had a migraine, how do you know it's a migraine? Are you throwing up?
