I'd like to beat the shite out of whoever is downvoting you. That is terrible man, best of luck to you.

Yep, you nailed it. I'll stand up for you if I need to, and I'll stand up to you if the situation calls for that. So yeah, I guess I am a stand up kind of guy.

So, based on your picture of damage, how did you manage to smash the passenger fender if he was turning left? That would mean you had to have seen the entire truck and a majority of the trailer cross your field of vision before even hitting the trailer...
Let me explain this slowly for you. I was traveling southbound at approximately 52mph, the other driver was traveling northbound at an unknown speed. As I'm approaching him, he slows and never uses a blinker to indicate his intentions of turning. As I get closer I can see he starts to turn in and accelerate as I slam on my brakes. His truck clears mine, but he's also pulling a 20ft tandem axle trailer that takes much longer to clear my path. I can't stop in time and hit the trailer just at the rear of the fender. The trailer then starts to spin and also cleans out the stop sign to my right. Fortunately there wasn't a car sitting there or his truck and trailer would have hit them as well.
Make more sense now?

Maybe I'm being judgmental, but I think of people who immediately revert to violence as Affliction-wearing meat heads.
Hey, looks like another one has joined this thread. Wanting to beat the shite out of the downvoters!

Im not typically like that. It's adrenaline and the fact that someone put me at risk. I have a very short fuse for situations like this.

I'm not sure if you need anger management or to grow up, but you are awfully angry about a traffic accident where you aren't hurt. In the adult world outside of your blue-collar (but yes, I am sure high-paying) job we don't instantly resort to violence and testosterone when our toys get broken.

Whole lotta SJWs in this thread.
Sorry for your situation man. I've been through the same thing with an uninsured driver who totalled my truck and injured me. It cost me thousands out of pocket even with my uninsured policy

I'm guessing he's your average middle aged male suburbanite. Prob lives in Round Rock or Georgetown, plays on his baptist church softball team, hits into people on his local golf course, and thinks he rules the world because he lives in a $300,000 cubicle style house.

It's called principle. It's not about getting pissed off because of a "toy getting broken". What if they happened to have been on I-10 doing 70+ and this illegal a-hole pulled the same stunt, with no remorse of course? What if it were you in that truck? What if it were your entire family in that truck and you lost all of them because of some illegal frick that isnt supposed to be here in the first place, but if he is going to be, should at least show some decency while not endangering the lives of every single person on the road with zero ramifications. Is that too much to fricking ask, or do you want to just go on accepting this in your "adult world" mr lawyer? frickin prick.
