Gotta concur here. An illegal with no license doesn't cause an accident and then walk away with just a ticket. Unless maybe it's Mississippi or some other Third World country.

If you live in Texas and this is your first run in with an illegal immigrant your head is very far up your own arse

Additionally, the initial arrest of an undocumented immigrant may not necessarily be by ICE. You may be taken into custody by another law enforcement agency -- for example, state or local police, following a criminal arrest or even a minor traffic violation.
Afterwards, the police may decide to contact ICE if they believe that you are an undocumented immigrant, or ICE may contact the police if they want to interview you regarding your immigration status. This most often happens when jails input detainee information into databases shared with ICE. In such cases, ICE will file what's called a "detainer." This means that ICE cannot get to you immediately, but is asking the police or jail to hold you for an additional amount of time so that ICE can interview you at a later time to determine whether or not to place you into removal (deportation) proceedings.

Same thing happened to me in 1998. Clinton came down to Baton Rouge and refused to let the authorities arrest and deport him. You gotta plan your wrecks better, make sure a Republican is in office.

Cops could do nothing more than ticket him thanks to Obama.
That's thanks to your dumbass state laws if true.
Here in Alabama, if you're an international you go to jail on the spot if you can not provide proof of legal residency. If you're an international, you have to have your passport or Green Card with you.
A high ranking Mercedes executive got arrested in Tuscaloosa (near Mercedes plant) about 3 years ago because of this law. He was stopped for a routine traffic violation and he had left his passport in his hotel room.

Hate to tell you this, but you're an idiot. Why would I make that up? The cop told me he was here illegally and showed me the guys invalid license from Mexico.
Rummy, I was on Volente Rd right in front of Twin Creeks Country club.
He made a left hand turn from his right lane traveling the opposite direction as I. He crossed in front of me and I obviously couldn't stop.

You seem like a stand up kind of guy.

With no insurance why are they not towing his car?

Then it sounds like the cop screwed up, you understand that not
having a valid license is reason enough to detain someone right?

I don't take it lightly when people put my life in danger. People are killed daily in car wrecks by assholes not paying attention. If you put myself or my family at risk, you're going to know how I feel about it.
I don't understand people who are so passive about someone coming so close to seriously injuring them or their family.

Did you ask the cop why he let go an illegal who caused an accident with no insurance and driver's license? I think I'd have asked about that.

Why didn't you beat him you pussy? That's the only way these immigrant fricks learn... through physical violence. They act like they "no speako Englais" but they sure as frick understand a straight right to the mouth.

Running up to fight someone after an accident is trashy as frick!

So, based on your picture of damage, how did you manage to smash the passenger fender if he was turning left? That would mean you had to have seen the entire truck and a majority of the trailer cross your field of vision before even hitting the trailer...

Would you have felt better if he was a legal resident without insurance or DL?
