So I had a run in with an illegal this morning

On my way to work, this a-hole makes a left turn and darts in front of me. Like all illegals, he's towing a trailer and I slammed the frick out of it. I jumped out of my truck and sprinted straight to him ready to beat the shite out of him. He dove back into his truck and I calmed down after berating him for a few minutes.
Well the cops show up and discover he's here illegally, no insurance, no license. My truck is fricked because of him and I'm out money as a result. Cops could do nothing more than ticket him thanks to Obama.
I'm ok, not a scratch on me fortunately. I'm hoping my truck is totaled, but I'm doubting it since it only has 15k miles on it.
Just pisses me off that someone can come here illegally and walk away from a situation they caused with nothing. It's not like he's going to pay the tickets. Any other country would deport your arse immediately and/or lock you up. We let them walk free.
The officer working it was pissed to, referred to the guy as a welfare sucking leach.

This is what we in America call a "taco turn".
ETA: I actually can't tell from your description what he actually did. A taco turn to me is a left turn from the right lane or a right turn from the left lane

If money (and insurance) can fix it, you really don't have a problem. You have an inconvenience. A real problem is when someone you love passes away or diagnosed with a terminally ill disease.

If you had beat him on the spot there would be no repercussions as he is undocumented with no social so it's as if he doesn't even really exist at all in the eyes of the big brother gov't.
