I doubt they refused to serve her. Sounds like she is trying to make a statement.

I doubt the truthfulness of that story she told you....although I wouldn't put it past them to kick people out for making a political statement and disrupting patrons, etc.

Are they required by law to serve gays since they are a "corporation" or can they choose to serve whoever they want?

They can serve whoever they like, just like you can serve someone because they have no shoes/shirt on.

I seriously doubt they kicked her out solely based on her being lez. She probably made that statement based upon opinion from the company's stance against gheys. I agree with you, she may have come out and made some type of scene, all of which would NEVER be represented truthfully to anyone else being told that story
