So evidently it's disgusting to pack your suitcase on your bed.

I went to lunch today with 3 women, and the conversation veered into cleanliness and germ avoidance. One of them said she has to yell at her husband because he tries to put his suitcase on the bed to pack it. All 3 of them were horrified. Suitcases go through airports and touch all kinds of yucky stuff, etc.
I am a grown arse man, alive on this earth for half a century. I have always packed my suitcase on the bed. frick germaphobes. Seriously, frick them.

Idk, my old roommate used to throw his fricking dirty arse gym bag covered in all sorts of shite on his bed and that always seemed kinda gross.

At least her husband (and you) packs his own bags and picks out his own clothes. There are sloppy man children here who are ok with their wives picking out their clothes for an extended trip and then packing said clothes for them.

Yup. I don't do things that are obscenely gross, but I also don't go looking for it either. We do so much gross shite everyday (take note at the urinal next time you're in a public bathroom). Out if sight, out of mind, and you'll be fine.
