This map speaks volumes about how out of touch our governor is. It is incredible that LA is the only state in the entire South and mid Atlantic that has a mask mandate. And you are talking about liberal places like Maryland and Virginia that don't even have them.
Why is our governor so deliberately out of touch with his own state? His sheer narcissism in his press conferences, waiving his finger at us like an overbearing first grade teacher, is so insulting.

Louisiana could only muster 878 new Covid cases for their 3 day report today. That’s 293 cases per day or lower than our daily average in June 2021 which was the all time low before delta. Only 332 people in the hospital.

Until the kids in school don't have to wear masks or all the schools don't enforce it - there is a mandate.

I don’t wear it except for when I have to at work. The mask is a placebo and nothing more. You could tell people to eat a jelly bean a day and the mask wears would do it!
