I mean your chart really doesn't look too good either

quote:

Again, as I said, of course your chart will show a warming trend if you start your chart at the end of a fricking ice age.

Start it from the Warming Period if you'd like

Educate yourself, fool.

That's not the only controversy. There are still accusations and denials from both sides but that's politics for you. Your notion that "everything was cleared up" is comical.

Yes, but you can't say the science was wrong before the bulb was invented, just incomplete.

And again it is tough to prove that humans are responsible for the change

"They" claim that not only can they prove it but that they can prove the degree to which specific fossil fuel companies contribute to it. I shite you not. Richard Heede and the Union of Concerned Scientists claim this and activist politicians are using it the basis of lawsuits against the companies.

Although it was not a true ice age, the term was introduced into scientific literature by François E. Matthes in 1939.

Additionally, the earth in this instance only cooled by 0.6C, not the 2.8C or so the article mentions.

Did someone carry a jar of snow to Hawaii?

He called it the Little Ice Age from the beginning. You’re being intentionally obtuse.

Yes, it's a huge scare tactic.

These evil scientists with their made up "numbers" and "data" are out to get us all!!

Should we question science or accept it?

Every year the goalpost are moved in climate change. Nobody disagrees the temperature is changing, it always has. It is the worship of the false climate change idols that makes us take a step back and wonder.

I remember when Pluto was a planet
I remember when milk was good, then bad, then good, then bad, maybe good again.
I remember when smoking was good for you
I remember when the last ice age was coming for us
I remember when the polar ice caps would be gone by now
I remember when we would be hit year after year with major hurricanes
I remember when Dan Mullen would never lose to Ole Miss again.

True. We can say his data was incomplete and wrong more than it was right. Very similar to what we have today with our climate models. The more they refine and gather data points, the flatter the line gets.

Eventually we will get to a point where we say that was a waste of money and time, maybe we should of focused on making the world a better place through education and curing diseases. Space travel and better living places for humans.

You’ve hit the nail on the head here. The issue of climate change has left the realm of science and become a religion. For those who buy into the notion of “Man-made global warming” (or whatever Name they’re calling it today) they cast aside anything that does not support their views. Any fact that does not support their view is ignored or rejected. They refuse to admit it, but they’ve made their god and now worship at it’s alter.

There have been at least five major ice ages in the Earth's history (the Huronian, Cryogenian, Andean-Saharan, Karoo Ice Age, and the current Quaternary glaciation).

There have been at least 5 times in earth history when the earth warmed up and glaciers receded. Who do the 'global warming" people blame for those incidents?

Many believe that global warming (if currently true) happens naturally without any help from man.

Keep in mind these scientists receive government grants and money to do research. This is their livelihood. Half of what they report is bullshite. The Feds need to list all the grants being given and what the money is being used to research
