Yeah, there's a reason the NWS isn't putting out temp forecasts but a week out. Models are definitely trending cold east of the Rockies by next weekend, like what The Boat is referencing cold.
Any potential winter precip can't be taken seriously until like 3 days out and even then, it's dubious.

I hope not. Already warned yall I was tired of seeing it snowing in south La and not north La. Its happened 4 times in recent years. It better not happen again.

quote:No. frick that. Because people in Louisiana do not know how to drive in the snow and the city response with DoTD makes them go full retard on how to handle bridges icing over.
You don't want snow??
Visiting a city such as Denver where a day of snow for them is like a day of rain for us? Hell yeah I want snow.

How could anyone down the idea of snow in south La? It happens every 5-10 years and we have all year to live in the humidity of an alligators taint here

IDK maybe because you can't do shite like ski or ice skate.
No one can drive
Everything closes down
Plants die
You're stuck inside miserable with nothing to do
Who knows though. Think a little please

There us also a big difference between powder and wet snow. The slushy stuff is way much re difficult to deal with

I think that’s 2-3 days after duck season closes. I predict an epic blizzard.
that's always the way. Duck season ends, golf season begins and here comes the debilitating cold.
