Snow in South Louisiana January 23?

11 Days out, but i've been watching this and every model run hints at more likelihood of snow

It’s almost 70 now. Are we about to get some sort of extended cold snap? Otherwise I don’t see it

Some cold air moving down, get ready for it.

High temp was 50 below in Denali yesterday.

Pattern is set to change cold for the east over the next couple of weeks. It doesn't have to be prolonged cold to get snow here, just the right set up.

And that set up isnt great. Cold chasing precip typically sees it dry out before it's actually cold enough to snow.
