What is the “smokeless” feature all about? I don’t understand
With the suggestions on here, when the firewood if below the lip then there is hardly any smoke. When the firewood is above the lip then the smoke is definitely more of an issue.

So what I’ve noticed with mine is that there is still smoke, it’s just that the airflow is so strong that it shoots it straight up. The smoke doesn’t billow around hitting people in the face.

Sweet thank you. I want something and most of my backyard is cool deck and I don’t want to destroy it.

We have one of the Breeo ones and for as often as we use a firepit in South LA it works for us.
Puts out a fair amount of heat and once it gets rolling the smoke doesn't bother anyone nearby.

We live on the South Saluda River which isn’t that deep. My boys are demanding fire like the Beavis and Butthead they are.

For true smokeless find you a high BTU propane firepit. At first I hated giving up a crackling fire, but damn the push button, low maintenance and smoke free pit is wonderful.

I knew immediately when I saw the turf grass and small backyard that this was Houston. I'd bet $1,000 this house is within a 3 mile radius of Chimney Rock and San Felipe as that is what every backyard looks like in this area. Looks like maybe a vertical condo style house?
It depresses me to look at these vertical homes with no backyard and turf grass and see them cost 700k maybe whereas my parents home in Shreveport on 1 acre in middle of South Highlands (best part of city) with a 3500 sq ft nice house with a nice playroom (was garage) probably cost the same as this when it's just way way better than these type of places in Houston. There's not much value in buying a house in inner Houston.
I see the value being on the outter part of Houston. You can get more Louisiana prices for large homes with yards there. Sure you gotta deal with traffic, but besides maybe work, why would you need to go around town? Grocery, hospitals, gas, Home depots are usually within 10 min of anywhere in Houston outskirts. Anything else can come through the mail. Those outter school districts can be good too depending on area.

I have one that I bought from Sam's Club a few years ago. It is bigger than the one's they have now. I use in on our deck with a mat under it. I no longer have to walk through wet grass to the firepit. I keep a supply of wood in a container on the deck. It works best if you have small pieces of wood. I split up the 4" to 6" logs in quarters for it.
