I still don't understand where the Impala was at the time of the initial hit and run and how it ended up in front of Smith.
It'll be interesting to hear the statements of the other folks who were present in the Smith car and the Impala.
It's bizarre to hear that Smith's wife was shot first, assuming that's how it happened. Explains the right leg shot, though.
I'd like to know what Hayes was yelling after he shot Smith.

Does it matter who the aggressor was? It wasn't self defense. Guy pulled out a gun and shot Will Smith to death. That's second degree murder.

it was in front of the hummer. you can see it as the last car in the video where they show the cars pulling away from the green light and at the end you see the hummer pull up and to the right.
i do think its possible that smith didnt realize he bumped the hummer if he was pretty sauced up. if that was the case, he saw his friend that he was following one car ahead go with the traffic and the hummer pulled over slowly. its possible he went around the hummer to catch up to the impala that he was following, not realizing he bumped the hummer.
