I don't think it will be *that* big of a bombshell. He's just going to question them on alcohol consumption. It doesn't appear that either were on the scene during the shooting.
Maybe Pierre was, but no confirmation on that.

None of this bickering about if Hayes pulled over or did he brake check matters at all.
The only information that is going to matter is if Will Smith drew a gun on Hayes are attacked him in any way. If not, it's murder. Whoever's fault the accident was is useless, unless to prove motive for murder. If Smith drew a gun, it's self defense and the previous hit and run doesn't mean a hill of beans.

That's a very interesting video. Fuller said early on there was another gun. How could he know that unless a witness told him that. NOPD said that was bull hockey, basically. Then, they get a warrant and, lo and behold, a gun pops up in the Smith console. How would anyone know it was there other than the Smiths and maybe his friends. And, it doesn't matter if it's there if it wasn't brandished unless maybe saying he had it matters. There's more to this case than we know. May not be facts, but there are witnesses and versions we haven't heard, believable or not.
And, I don't understand why NOPD didn't search the cars at the time of the incident. Perhaps, a criminal attorney will comment on that. I don't know why there would have been a restriction on searching the cars after a murder. Maybe the Impala, but not the other two vehicles.

I don't know if it's been mentioned already, but a day after Smith's murder, Hayes' facebook page had a post a while back about him having been in two car accidents in two months.

Shooting, alone, isn't always aggression. That's why this case is being discussed so much. No need for the all caps screaming. We all know he was shot to death. The question is why and that's a question right now, unless you were on the scene and witnessed the events as they occurred.
