I’m pretty resilient when it comes to smells but cleaning a gut shot animal is pretty awful.

This thread reminds me of when I first moved to Texas for a job. We weren't sure exactly how long I would be out there so the company paid for the first 3 months at one of those extended stay hotels with a little kitchenette that had a couple eyes on a stove top. I cannot remember the name of that place for the life of me.
Anyway, it was me and a bunch of Hispanics, and, for some reason, a bunch of south Asians (Indian, Sri Lankan, etc). But every single day after my shift, you would almost get knocked over by the smell that hit you when the elevator doors to the 3rd floor opened. It was a mix of burritos, curry and seafood that doesn't sound all that bad on their own. But the foul stench they created when combined together and combined with the stale odor leftover from the day before l...it was pretty damn bad. Your hotel story just triggered that memory for me, so thank you for that.

Eggs cooking on a hibachi grill at a Japanese restaurant.
Women straightening their hair.
Microwaved leftovers in the break room.
Any seafood dish at any Chinese/Thai/Japanese/ restaurant that has fish or shrimp floating in some goop.
Fish oil tablets
Protein powder.

Ginkgo tree seeds. Smells like diarrhea. They are beautiful trees, but for some reason UA decided to plant some female ones around the Quad. You an see people's faces curl when they walk by.

In college I was asked to help take a fridge out of a building to clean it and put it back in. We opened it outside and that smell was the worst I have ever experienced.
