Exactly. And to the person who said he was "disturbing the peace" then if the cop was that worried about people disturbing the peace, then he should go tell everyone in the parking lot who is talking loud, etc that they need to lower their voice.
What if I passed by that cop while that was going on and told him "Hey! Go worried about some real crime. Or is that too much work for you?" I'd be interested to know how he would respond.
