It can be a hard thing when couples bring in pros/randos to join them for a one time thing.
It gets harder when they start doing the couple swap thing.
Trying to maintain a relationship while you are both trying to bang other people sounds impossible.
Trying to juggle multiple relationships, not even just hookups, sounds like a humiliating disaster with the evidence being this guy.
I mean, seriously, think about all the women you know in your life - personally, professionally, whatever. How many would feel comfortable banging a married guy, even if he could prove to her it was wife-sanctioned? I'm gonna say < 5%, and given that this guy isn't exactly Brad Pitt, his odds of pulling anything on the side are infinitesimal.

The ONLY way that dude is getting any side action is if his wife is making it a condition of a guy getting any pussy. IE you want to frick me , my man gets to frick your girl, and the other girl is whipped enough to agree to it.

I certainly cannot cast judgement on anyone's relationship dynamics. It wouldn't surprise if having a side piece of some kind (or whatever you want to term) it, whether unbeknownst or knownst to the other party, helps a person remain happy in their marriage.
In this scenario, both parties have laid their cards on the table.
people cheat for all sorts of reasons. More people have cheated than are willing to admit. Guaranteed. People just wouldn't broadcast it on a message board. The ones who carry a "holier than thou" chip are the first ones to castigate the very thought of someone even cheating. Bottom line, whether I agree with it or not, infidelity happens and will continue to happen for a number of reasons.
What I do know is I can't cast judgement on anyone's elses relationship because I don't walk in their shoes nor do I care to.

I guarantee you that this guy isn’t happy with this arrangement and it wasn’t his idea.
She’s got 2 side pieces to his zero and he stated that sometimes he’s jealous of his wife’s lovers.
