Sleep apnea test tonight

So I’m onsite about to start a sleep apnea study. Anyone else have any stories about someone watching you sleep all night?

It’s weird when you wake up in the middle of the night & they start talking to you through the intercom
You have to unhook all that crap to go pee in the middle of the night

I did it a year ago and damn glad I did. I now sleep 100 times better with my cpap.
The quality of sleep I now get is night and day difference than what I used to get. You won’t get your results for another week or two. Once you see them, you will be amazed at the difference.

Had mild sleep apnea but actually slept worse with my cpap than without...turned it in after 3 months.

I hate the cpap. Can't stand having the mask on my face.

My dad has sleep apnea. Went through the whole test. He said it was a little awkward at first, but he was so exhausted after suffering from apnea for so long he went to sleep easily. After the test they gave him his machine, and he was like a new man.
