Yepand the results were pretty scary as to how many times i stopped breathing and for how long. Started using a Cpap and what a difference it made.

Severe is considered 30 events per hour, I had 60. I stopped breathing every minute each hour. I also did a home test instead of going to a center.
Blood pressure dropped significantly after 3 months of use. And I no longer snore either.
I am 6' 170lbs so not a fatty.
