Why did you just mention stealing the flag? She had a lot of other charges as well. You conveniently forgot to mention those to minimalize her poor behavior and breaking of many laws.
Your misleading post is disingenuous.
Anyway, she stole a rebel flag and had a bunch of drugs. What are they going to do to her? Make her sit there and get farted on like Joe Dirt in Joe Dirt two? She will not be made an example of, leaving her to conclude that stealing other people's stuff is OK.

Both are speech so people can do both. Her stealing a flag to stop it from flying resulted in her arrest.
