Sixt car rental ads. Why?

Seeing these on YouTube, this luxury, high-performance car rental ads seem to be targeted to a particular inner-city group. An anthropomorphic horse headed spokesperson with a bejeweled grill, proudly talks about high end cars at a low price rental.
This looks ridiculous.
But apparently somebody thinks there’s a market for this & dropped a good bit of ad campaign money.

People think they project status by the car they drive.
At some point the renters will start stealing the cars. Vinwiki had an episode on YouTube about the exotic rental business and how cars were stolen.

I like Sixt.
Rented a BMW convertible for a California coast drive.
They were easy to deal with and didn't spend 20 minutes documenting every square inch of the car like Enteprise does with their shitty vehicles.
Brought it back, dropped it off; quick and easy.

Used them in Tampa for a 3 series, rental agency was decent, but I didn't like the 3 series.

I like sixt. I recently completed a 2 week road trip on rte 66. Flew into DFW, rented a beautiful Volvo from Sixt and had a great trip. I wanted a comfortable vehicle for a long trip. Although the Volvo didn't fit well with all those classic cars touring 66

I am a fan as well.
I thought the usual suspects were renting their cars off Instagram these days.

I use SIXT whenever I can when I travel.
Just used them in DC this week.
BMW owns a piece of SIXT, I seem to recall.

I guess that’s the part I don’t get. Weird ad choice. The service seems to be working from what posters here are saying.

My used BMW was a Sixt rental car. I realize how bad that sounds, but it has been a very good car.
