Think about it. If they lose a customer, chances are they never get them back.

Mine just bounced up this month. I will call them this week to have “the conversation”. I am definitely going to ask for a permanent rate. Im tired of this.

Also, always make sure they refund for the high month if you do like me and let it lapse.

My wife swears by XM. I’m just hanging on for The Bonfire 2.0.

Crackle crackle.

You can do online chat from their website. Different plans but the Music & Entertainment Plan (which has sports) is $8.49/mo (including fees). The price won't jump back to full price in 12 months. It will stay at that promotional rate until you cancel, or if they have an across the board price change in which you'd be notified ahead of time.

This Advantage Plan includes streaming from app, Alexa, Dot,etc.

If you like Christian music it’s pointless to buy Sirius bc the OTA stations are better formatted with few if any commercials.

If you like Christian music, you’ve got bigger problems than satellite radio baw.

I chatted with someone and I got three radios (mine, Dad and his wife) Platinum for $8.99 each plus tax. Three radios monthly for $34.50.

SiriusXM is great when you’re on the road because you can listen to the hometown broadcast of your favorite team.

I wish they'd bring back Jason Ellis and the Playboy channel. Some of those talk shows were hilarious.

The package that came with my Tacoma for 6 months free also included all the live sports I could handle. NFL, NCAA, MLB etc. Which package is that and is that still available on the platform? I assume that one costs a fortune though, but it was absolutely phenomenal

Probably platinum (All access). Go to the chat and work out a deal. I pay $8.99 monthly

The last time I called to renew the promotion and play the cancel game….they told me it was permanent and didn’t have to renew any more.

Several stipulations to get that deal, including an older car. I don’t think anyone here was successful in subscribing to that package

I get on their website and chat with someone. I always end up getting it for around 7 dollars a month for a year when I say I’m going to cancel.

I was a big fan of Sirius and DirecTV for years, but their business models finally turned me against both. Loyal customers shouldn’t have to threaten to cancel a service constantly.

Reward those customers. Don’t make them waste half an afternoon at least twice a year dealing with customer service and threatening to cancel to get some “special” or “deal”.

Although, last time they started the bullshite at $20 a month...when I got em down to $4 and was still threatening to cancel the dude was basically pleading with me...sir please....again..it is just 3.99 a month sir

The permanent rate is a few bucks a month higher than the promotional where you have to contact them every year.

Thanks.....been doing the once a year thingy for quite a few years now, so I guess I'll keep on doing it.

Got my 3 radios down to $5.99 for 2 at 12 months ($7.27 with fees) and the 3rd at $8.99 ($10.91 with fees) for 24 months.

Tried to get everything to 24 months but no dice.

The $8.99 is premium with WiFi in the car. Handy in no electricity situations.
