Well anyway this is getting off topic.

I"m far from an authority, but man if talking to your girl is anything but entertaining and something you reach for when things happen in your day.. then y'all are choosing the wrong people.

Stop settling for boring arse people that have 0 personality, stop thinking someone who controls you or acts like a crazy person is ~normal~ ..

Because this thread is right. Those women are 100% out there and they're all over the dating apps because nobody wants them. But Paige was right about the fact that you should crave being around the person you're into. If you don't, baby you with the wrong lady.

I'm sure I'm out of touch 8+ years into a relationship, but man we've been picking up the phone to bitch about idiots, gossip about friends, or whatever since day 1. Seems very boring and sad to not have a friend in your SO.

This is what I’m talking about. I once dated girls who did this, and it was infuriating when they’d assume I was dead when I didn’t respond right away. I don’t want a stenographers report of everything you did, saw, heard, thought, and saw today in real time. No one will ever care that much. Give me just the gems so they’re not lost in the noise.

Dating her was like dating a law school textbook. Just hundreds of pages of nonsense thrown at me daily with my job to pick out the few tiny nuggets of importance that mattered.

Sorta, but each one was debating a different issue. Paige was angry about disparaging single mothers as having made bad decisions. LL took issue with my take on setting boundaries for phone conversations believing that I was overly restrictive.
