Since 2/1/2019, 261 bottlenose dolphins have stranded themselves on Gulf Coast Beaches...

The NOAA report said the number is three times higher than normal and has declared it an "Unusual Mortality Event" or UME.

I just watched something where this happened on the California coast a while back. Except it was more than just dolphins. It was all kinds of animals.
They claimed it had something to do with a huge patch of abnormally warm water that was causing the animals to go crazy and beach themselves.
