Good news, my wife isn't cheating on me

If you are suspicious to the point where you are going onto this board to ask advice on how to spy on your S/O, then I'm guessing deep down you already know the answer. I can't recall ever being a witness to a relationship where one person gets paranoid about their S/O, and it turns out to be a figment of their imagination...unless the paranoid person is a literal paranoid schizo or extreme control freak.

So unless you need actual psychiatric help, I would bet that your paranoia is probably warranted. But then again, I also wouldn't be going to the O-T for real life altering relationship advice either so...there's that.

I mean if I suspected my wife I’d tell her to unlock her phone and give it to me. I’d expect the same from her.

If it’s a post showing a famous actor like Henry Cavill or something like that I wouldn’t worry about it.

But if she’s liking other dude’s posts that y’all know or thirst traps, drop her because she is either cheating or keeping her eyes open looking for an opportunity to do so
