I worked with both of them regularly during my time at that restaurant...he was truly one of the good guys. The stupid fricks that gunned him down didn't even take the money out of his pocket that they shot him for.

Restaurant robberies are almost always someone that works there. Or at the very least, a friend of someone who works there.

Workers see cash, where the safe is, and know the routines of the operation. Pretty easy to rob this scenario. The criminal has the upper hand.
