The picture was posted on Facebook on Thursday, Oct. 11.
The photo was a allegedly taken inside a bathroom at Chastang-Fournier Middle School in the Trinity Gardens neighborhood of Mobile.
WPMI has reached out to the Mobile County Public School Board for comment and has not yet heard back.
This story will be updated as we obtain new information.

What is there to investigate? They have a picture of the kid and know what school he goes to. It shouldn't require much digging
