Typical California person. Is going to cry about it instead of opening up and forcing them to try and challenge them. I am no lawyer, but I would think any action the state would attempt could be challenged.

She has a great equal protection claim.
Expect the Institute for Justice to pick this up

Yeah, outdoor dining is right up there with that
Business ownership, property ownership, your right to operate your business to support yourself and your family taken away in an instant by the government with no due process and no just compensation. That’s more significant than your dickhead “no outdoor dining” take on it. frick off.

Amen to revolution. It’s all gotten out of hand. Liberal privilege

Imagine being someone who supports the people who decide these measures. The term "wouldn't wish that on my enemy" has become a moving target this year.

They voted for this

You do realize that Doofenshmirtz's brother is the mayor of that city.

Maybe she should have had LBQTEXYZ partner for her business

John Q Public is one stupid son of a bitch.
When Democrats get elected this is what happens.
Based on the POTUS election results apparently voting doesn't make a difference.

We started a shooting war with the most powerful nation in the world over less. I amazed at what we’ve tolerated during this ‘pandemic’.

Guess what’s coming now that Democrats have federal control

They have the executive branch, which is bad enough. But Congress trended Republican with gains in the House. State legislatures mostly went more red and governorships. Time for state governments to step up, unlike Louisiana.

I don’t think I’ve seen a clip that has upset me this much since the pandemic. Whenever Garcetti or Newsom walk into a room from this day forward, everyone should stand up, spit on the floor, and walk out. These petty tyrants need to be treated the same way sane people treat OJ Simpson. What a bunch of pathetic weasels.
The following people should be shunned after the pandemic:
Andrew Cuomo
Chris Cuomo
Bill DeBlasio
Nancy Pelosi
Gavin Newsom
Eric Garcetti
London Brees
Ted Wheeler
Kate Brown
Jenny Durkan
Gretchen Whitmer
Lori Lightfoot
Jacob Frey
Phil Murphy
If any of these people walk into a room with you, treat them like they have airborne Ebola.

I think the revolution was driven by how we were being treated - we weren’t being given the same consideration as Englishmen back home.
But, as far as taxes go, the original trigger for the revolt, the Crown wasn’t wrong. They had spent a lot of money defending us during the French and Indian War. And it was only fair, to ask us to pay some of the bill.
When you compare the tax issue to these lockdowns, the lockdowns are much worse. They’re a violation of our most basic rights.
Our ancestors would be horrified.
