I've called BRPD six times about the same bums that hang around my office downtown. They make them walk to the other side of the street twenty feet away. Aggravates the crap out of me.

They had the old black man with a cane stopped by Hooters at lunch. I’d like to see that wheelchair guy by Regions gone. I’ve seen his dick 3 times over the past 10 years.

Back in college a man approached my dad when he was leaving my apartment. Mumbled something about needing a ride across town.
My dad gave the advice that he check out St. Vincent DePaul or another church mission. The bum got angry and started accusing my dad of saying he needed to find Jesus.
I really feel like these guys go from polite to angry to hopefully scare you into giving them some money to go away.

hate to break it to yall but we at EBRSO booked so many homeless. Nothing changed.. They always show back up begging for money

I was at Siegen and 10 the other day and had a few bags of chips for the 4th in my car. One guy had a sign that said he was hungry. I gave him to bags of chips and when the light turned I saw him in my sideview mirror literally pouring the chips in to his mouth. he looked like he was trying to inhale them. made me feel really bad i didn't give him a few bucks

They actually do this quite often. I get off this exit a few times a week and see this every pretty regularly. They need to get the siegen ones now. Those guys...Ive seen them walk from their cars behind the raising canes, in the academy parking lot. They pull out crutches or some sort of brace and head out to the corner.

Have you tried shooting one in front of the others? Nothing lethal, mind you, just a kneecap. The upshot is that the disability would be legit if he decides to keep panhandling.
