I saw two bums walking North along Essen today at OLOL. One was counting a wad of cash as he walked ahead of the other.
There was a bum at the down ramp at 10 and Essen already. They are still out in force at least they were around 2:00pm

Had a lady on Evangeline ask me for food because she was hungry. I had some fruit in a bag I was gonna bring to work for the week. I rolled my window down and tried to hand it to her and she got pissed. Said she didn’t want no damn fruit. I quit trying to help people like that.

Wrong. Im neither now.. but wasnt a prison guard. Worked in Uniform patrol
