Should Canada become a 2nd USA?

I was reading about poverty around the world, and maybe refugees shouldnt all all on the US shoulders. Canada has similar size and a large GDP. Canada has the space for many more immigrants. So Canada should start accepting refugees from alot of these countries. way I look at it, britian is the cause of many problems around the world, and Canada can be a safe haven,.

The liberals in Canada would prefer to tell the US to feel guilty if we don’t accept millions of uneducated immigrants with no marketable skills, but stop any immigration to Canada

Australia has plenty of space too.

Canada accepts around 200,000 immigrants every year. The US accepts well over 1 million per year. Yet Canada pressured us to take in the refugees during the refugee crisis two years ago

To keep the story short, in the last 50 years Canada has been accused of genocide against its own natives. You can read why in the link. The last time the US was accused of such acts was over 200 years ago

Well, if there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s that the whiter a region is, the more they know how to deal with minorities than those who actually do deal with the problems associated with integration. They have such clear vision and fantastic finger pointing. They just aren’t really good at showing us all how it’s done.

I hope not because a bunch of them are going to end up sneaking into the US if they get allowed entry into Canada. Border with Canada is a lot longer and easier to sneak across than the Mexican border.
ETA: We can't fix all the problems of every shithole country in the world and bringing a bunch of turdworld refugees with no education or skilled labor abilities is just going to burden our already broke government with supporting them with free food, housing, healthcare, etc

Canada is geographically huge but most of it is uninhabitable to anyone who isn’t a hardcore Eskimo. I read recently that 90% of Canadians live within 100 miles of the US border.
