Should a 13 y.o. murderer be tried and sentenced under adult guidelines?

If you say yes, (and I suspect most will) would you press charges if a 40 year old man seduced your 13 year old daughter over the phone and she ran away for a night to engage in intercourse with him? Both were capable enough to make their adult decisions, right?
EDIT: okay, let's also say the girl was convinced the 40 year old was going to marry her and drove a getaway car? SHoudl she be charged as an adult to the accomplice to robbery?
And this is not comparing the two crimes, its about adult or non-adult responsibility. I just see it as in interesting moral or even legal dilemma.

Your hypothetical situation makes no sense whatsoever.
When a 13 year old murders someone, they broke the law. When a 13 year old has sex with a 40 year old, they did not break the law, the 40 year old did.
You should come up with something that's actually a decent comparison.

You're making it one; that's not what it is.
Scenario one is where a 13-yo makes the choice to take someone's life. Scenario two is where a 13-yo is tricked and seduced by an adult to have intercourse. You are trying to compare the two as if the decision process is similar. It's not.
