Yeah that’s that white i8 that runs around BR. I think it’s owned by the guy who runs that electric contractor on Highland and Airline right next to McDonalds.

He doesn't have many enemies I can think of and isn't the type to be fighting or starting shite. But he would definitely be at Peaks for the fights. Jeezus.
