Well it isn’t like they have no choice, they choose to dress like they are headed to the lake or camp site. If you didn’t have a choice, sure come as you are but if you have a choice, why would you choose to dress nice at the bar on a Saturday night, wake up hungover and throw on the first thing you see Sunday morning.

Just left St Patrick’s, downtown. Wore shorts, and they accepted my offerings, the same way they accepted the guy’s with slacks on.
