My boy’s a purebred Aussie. A friend of mine’s parents breed them. However, I got mine for free from a family trying to rehome the one they bought. He sheds like crazy, but is a sweet, intelligent, and loyal dog in addition to being extremely friendly and cuddly. I don’t know if I would have made it through social distancing without him.
My previous dog was a yorkie mix from a pound. She was a most excellent dog prior to getting cancer. Big personality, loving, and didn’t shed.

Too bad I'm not looking for a pitbull or husky. That's about half the dogs listed in Louisiana.

Rescued the best doggy ever from a dog pound. Actually, he picked my son. Extra chill dog, says hello to people, then walks off to plop down or do dog stuff. When on a walk he stays within eyesight of us and sometimes waits for us to catch up. He tells me when he needs to go out and likes to sit and look out over his domain. He does like a nice scrap with an unusually aggressive dog though but befriends almost every other dog he meets. He is a Husky/Shepherd mix.

Yeah, your homeowners insurance provider would definitely appreciate if you wade past the pitbulls. Huskys seem like they would be miserable down here in the summer.

Are there any actual puppies available for under $300?
Mrs. jcaz wants a $2000 Cavertonpoopoodoodle but I feel like she's going to have to settle for a local puppy someone is trying to give away.

We just had a litter of F1b Labradoodles.
It is insane the amount of people asking for them. I told my wife to wait on advertising for them because I didnt want to deal with people yet, but since she posted yesterday I have like 50 damn emails.
